Position changes - Have the bed remote close. Patient may be sat up multiple times intraoperatively for the plastic surgeon to gauge if the breasts look symmetrical.
Generally this procedure is done as a part of a breast reconstruction. This part is the actual removal or reconstruction of scar tissue that has formed.
