Blood Loss : Very Low (5-10 ml)
Post-op Pain : Minimal (0-3)
Maintenance Paralytic : None under deep sedation; a short-acting nondepolariser under GETT when needle passes demand absolute stillness.
Considerations : Off-site, Aspiration risk / Full stomach, Obesity, Anticoagulation / Antiplatelet Therapy
