Position : Supine, head turned, Bed turned 180 degrees
Time : 2-4 hours (long)
Blood Loss : High (200 - 500 ml)
Post-op Pain : Moderate (4-6)
Maintenance Paralytic : Intubating dose only; motor mapping needs a visible twitch and the awake phase needs a talking patient.
Blocks : Scalp
Considerations : Arterial line, Central line, Mayfield Pins, Fluoroscopy / Xray, PONV
