Pick a drug. See which others can share the line. The Y-Site Compatibility Checker turns the laminated chart in the med room into a two-tap lookup, with the source cited on every pair.
Start from a list of 74 drugs shown as generic and brand, the way you actually say them. Tap one and every other drug appears with a solid green, red, or yellow badge: compatible, incompatible, or variable. Tap a pair and the detail card gives you the verdict, the citation behind it, and a link to the drug's own page in the app. The same section shows up on each drug's monograph, so you do not have to leave the post you are reading.
The part we are proudest of is what happens when the references disagree. The data comes from two published hospital charts, and where they conflict the app shows a warning on the row, a note on the card, and both citations. The verdict shown is always the more cautious one. You get the truth about the evidence, not a false yes or no.
Some drugs simply have little published y-site data. When that is the case the list says so plainly, with a count of how many pairs have no data, so a short list reads as a gap in the literature rather than a bug.
