• •6-physician call pool with one physician in-house 24/7
• •24-hour in-house shifts on Fridays and Saturdays (or holidays)
• •17 weeks of vacation and 17 weekends of work
• •Average of 8-9 weeks of night float per year
• •Weekday schedule involves four physicians covering 9-10 rooms/sites
• •Weekend schedule involves two physicians with specific shift patterns
