TeamHealth is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Medical Director to lead the anesthesiology team at UMass Memorial Health Care - Clinton Hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts. This role combines clinical practice with administrative leadership, fostering a positive clinical culture and supporting high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care.
- •Lead a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
- •Six operating rooms, two endoscopy suites, one procedure room
- •Approximately 5,000 cases annually
- •No OB, trauma, cardiac, or head cases; small volume of pediatric cases
- •Beeper call taken from home, shared equally among the team
- •10 weeks of time off annually
