Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)

Join the anesthesia care team at Medical City Dallas, where you'll help shape a new model from the ground up. This role offers a broad adult surgical practice with opportunities to practice at the full scope of your training.

• •Collaborative medical direction with a supervision ratio of 1:1 to 1:4
• •Four 10-hour shifts preferred, with negotiable configurations
• •One weekend every 8 weeks, home call once per week
• •Optional OB shifts for additional income
• •Base salary starts at $214k for new grads, with a $60k sign-on bonus
• •6 weeks PTO and CME allowance
• •Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
