About the role
Carle Health is seeking experienced CRNAs to join a team of over 60 CRNAs at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. This role offers a high level of autonomy in a Level I trauma center with a diverse case mix, alongside strong clinical support and a competitive recruitment package.
- •Over 19,500 cases annually
- •Level I trauma center
- •Four 10-hour shifts per week
- •No in-house call; second call includes 2-3 weekends per year
- •Subgroups for OB, pediatric, and heart cases
- •$100,000 signing bonus
- •5.4–6.4 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and 1 week off for CME
