About the role
Join a collaborative CRNA team at an academic research and teaching hospital and Level I trauma center, with substantial autonomy and strong anesthesiologist support. The role offers a predictable four-day workweek and a competitive recruitment package.
- •Team of more than 60 CRNAs performing over 19,500 cases annually
- •Four 10-hour shifts per week
- •No in-house call; second call includes 2–3 weekends and one holiday per year, with weekday call approximately once every three weeks
- •Subgroups cover OB, pediatric, and heart cases; practice spans surgical services except transplants and burns
- •$100,000 signing bonus
- •PTO package includes 5.4–6.4 weeks, plus six paid holidays and a floating holiday
- •One week off for CME and an annual CME allowance
- •Malpractice insurance, retirement matching, annual bonus, and 457(b) retirement eligibility
