- •Schedule: M-F, variable day hours, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- •Call: Once per pay period, one holiday, every 12th weekend
- •Pay: $121-159/hour, with additional shift premiums
- •Sign-on bonus: $100,000 for a 3-year commitment
- •PTO: 30 days, with additional accrual based on service
- •CME: 40 hours annually, $2,250 allowance
