Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist-Intermittent

The CRNA provides anesthesia care to Veterans across surgical and diagnostic procedures, from pre-anesthesia assessment and individualized care planning through anesthesia management, recovery, and acute pain care. The role works collaboratively with anesthesiologists and the broader clinical team, responding to changes in patient condition and perioperative emergencies.

• •Provides care for inpatient and outpatient procedures, including services inside and outside the operating room.
• •Performs pre-anesthesia assessments, airway management, physiologic monitoring, and post-anesthesia follow-up.
• •Intermittent schedule; appointment not to exceed one year.
