About the role
Join Envision Healthcare as a full-time CRNA at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami. This role offers a $45k start bonus and competitive compensation. Work in a care team model with 17 physicians and 24 CRNAs, handling approximately 12,000 cases annually.
- •14 state-of-the-art ORs: 10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D
- •No involvement in Cardiac or Pediatric cases
- •Autonomy in performing regional anesthesia and procedures
- •Work schedules include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- •Call approximately one weekend every 7-8 weeks
- •Average work week is about 4 days
- •PTO of 8 & 9 weeks
- •Malpractice insurance provided
