  • •Anesthesia care team: 13 physicians and 7 CRNAs
  • •No pediatrics, trauma, or OB cases
  • •3-day work week with 2 14-hour shifts and 1 12-hour shift
  • •Minimal call requirement: 1:6 weekends, no overnight call
  • •Weekend call from home, 7a-7p, with premium pay for call back hours
