Lead CRNA Inpatient

Advocate Health is seeking a Lead CRNA to provide clinical excellence and leadership within the anesthesia team. This role involves both hands-on clinical care and leadership responsibilities, working closely with physician and operational leaders to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.

• •Rotating schedule with flexible 9-, 11-, or 13-hour shifts
• •Dedicated leadership time (~10% of role)
• •Requires CRNA certification, active RN/APRN licensure, and DEA registration
• •Involves recruiting, onboarding, and mentorship of CRNAs and APPs
• •Provides full-scope anesthesia care across various patient populations
