Mid-America Surgery Institute - Full-Time - CRNA

Join a brand-new start-up program within NorthStar Anesthesia in Overland Park, KS. This role offers a supportive environment with a Monday-Friday schedule, diverse case mix, and a strong financial package. The team includes 1 MD Anesthesiologist and 7 CRNAs, with 6 ORs running daily.

• •Medical Direction in 4 ORs, CRNA Only in 2 ORs
• •Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, no call, and no weekends
• •40 hours per week in a surgery center setting
• •Base salary of $240,000 with a $20,000 annual sign-on bonus for 3 years
• •7 weeks of paid time off annually

The Mid-America Surgery Institute (MASI) is an accredited surgery center in Overland Park, Kansas, part of the HCA system and affiliated with Menorah Medical Center. It is a new start-up site for NorthStar Anesthesia, offering CRNAs the opportunity to join a collaborative team and shape a new program.
