Full-time CRNA float-pool role covering hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in Northern Virginia. The position offers a collaborative care-team environment, regional anesthesia training, and opportunities for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.
- •Float coverage across multiple hospitals and ASCs within approximately 20 miles
- •Base pay: $140/hour; extra shifts: $165/hour
- •$75,000 sign-on bonus with a three-year commitment and annual forgiveness
- •Minimum 32 hours guaranteed weekly; typically 4–5 eight-hour shifts
- •Self-scheduling; Monday–Friday, with no nights, weekends, call shifts, or holidays required
- •Seven weeks of PTO
