Is the free listing really free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. A free listing costs nothing, needs no card, and runs for 14 days on the web board and in the Master Anesthesia app, with one free 7-day extension from your dashboard. When a provider taps Apply, we send them on to your own careers page, so they still reach you the way they would anywhere else. The one thing a free listing does not include is their details: providers who apply through Master Anesthesia are kept on file, and your dashboard shows how many, which provider types, and how many attached a resume. Opening them is the paid listing.

What does "candidates on file" mean?

Every provider who applies through Master Anesthesia has a saved profile: name, phone and, for most, a resume. When one taps Apply on your free listing, we record that application and send them on to your careers page. Your dashboard shows the count, for example "6 candidates on file: 4 CRNA, 2 SRNA, 5 with resumes", without names. The profiles wait for you until 30 days after the listing closes, then they are deleted.

What does the paid listing actually buy me?

Your candidates, and the top of the board. For $149 the listing opens every candidate already on file and everyone who applies after, with names, resumes, phone numbers, a new / reviewed / contacted pipeline and private notes. Candidates apply right here with one tap instead of leaving for your site. The listing skips the review hold, sits above every free listing on web and in the app with a highlighted card, alerts matching job seekers the moment it publishes, is featured in the Master Anesthesia newsletter, and is pushed to Google for Jobs the moment it goes live. It runs 30 days from the moment you pay, whether that is the day you post or three weeks in.

Who actually sees my posting?

Only anesthesia clinicians. CRNAs, anesthesiologists, anesthesiologist assistants, and SRNAs use Master Anesthesia for continuing education and clinical reference, and the job board lives inside that same website and app. Nobody has to remember to visit a job site.

How fast does my job go live?

Paid listings go live the moment you pay. Free listings are screened first. We promise a decision within 24 hours. Your dashboard shows the status the whole time.

Why do you need a link to my careers page?

Accepted Answer

A free listing sends candidates to your own application page, so it needs somewhere to send them. Give us the link to the role on your careers site or applicant tracking system. No careers page? Leave the link blank: candidates then apply here with one tap, which is the paid listing, and your posting goes on the board the moment you pay. On a paid listing the link is always optional.

Do candidates get notified when I post?

Yes. Job seekers save searches by profession, state, care model, pay, and more. When your listing matches one, they are alerted by push notification or email, whichever they turned on. Paid listings alert the instant they publish and also appear in the featured jobs block that runs in every Master Anesthesia email.

Does my listing show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every listing on the board carries the structured data Google job search reads, so a free listing appears there once Google next crawls the site, usually within a few days. A paid listing is sent to Google the moment it goes live and withdrawn when you close it, so it shows in Google job search within hours.

How do candidates apply, and where do applications go?

With one tap. Every provider has a saved profile, so applying takes a moment, and we tell them plainly which employers prefer applications through their own site. On a free listing the application is kept on file and the candidate is sent on to your careers page. On a paid listing the application lands in your dashboard with contact details and resume, where you can mark it new, reviewed, or contacted and keep private notes.

Do I have to retype my job description?

No. Paste the text, drop in a screenshot, or upload the PDF you already have and the form fills itself in for you to review. Every field stays editable, and you can start from a blank form if you prefer.

What happens when my listing's 14 days are up?

Accepted Answer

In its last two days a free listing can be extended once, by 7 days, from your dashboard at no charge. Once it has expired you can repost it from the same place: it goes back through a quick review and returns for another 14 days, and the candidates on file stay with it. If you want it to run longer without touching it, upgrade to the paid listing at any time, including to a listing that is already up; the paid run lasts 30 days from the purchase.

Is there a subscription or auto-renew?

Only if you ask for it. The paid listing is $149 once for 30 days by default: nothing renews and nothing bills again. At checkout you can tick "Keep it open until filled" instead, and the same listing renews at $149 every 30 days until you mark it filled. There is no account fee or minimum either way. Groups hiring across many roles can ask us about a group plan.

What does "keep it open until filled" mean?

The listing stays up, candidates keep applying, and it renews at $149 every 30 days for as long as the role is open. Three days before each renewal we email you: still hiring? One click marks the listing filled, which takes it down and stops billing. Closing or deleting the listing from your dashboard stops billing too. You are never billed for a listing that is not on the board.

Can staffing agencies and recruiters post?

Yes. Agencies and locum companies post under the same terms as hospitals, groups, and surgery centers. Each listing shows the employer type so candidates know who they are talking to, and we ask that every posting represent a real, currently open role.

Do you offer discounts for multiple roles?

Accepted Answer

You already list our jobs. How do we take them over?

Accepted Answer

We list openings from employers' own careers sites so providers can find them in one place. If they are yours, claim them at masteranesthesia.com/jobs/claim with a work email. Claiming is free and gives you the listings, their stats, and your company page, where you can add a logo, a short about paragraph and your website. Employers we do not list yet can claim their company page from the same form.
