NorthStar is offering a full-time anesthesiology opportunity at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. The role features a quality of life schedule with 1 week on and 2 weeks off. Physicians and CRNAs work in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix.

• •Schedule: 7a-7p; 1 week on, 2 weeks off
• •Total annual compensation: $375k base salary + $25k quality bonus
• •$100k sign-on bonus
