Post-op Pain : Minimal (0-3)
Maintenance Paralytic : Yes under general anesthesia, where absolute stillness is the requirement; none when an awake neurological exam is needed.
Considerations : Off-site, Fluoroscopy / Xray, Arterial line, PONV, Anticoagulation / Antiplatelet Therapy
