Position : Supine, arms tucked, Bed turned 90 degrees
Time : 1-2 hours (average)
Blood Loss : Low (10-50 ml)
Post-op Pain : Moderate (4-6)
Maintenance Paralytic : Not required for the standard case, but keep a relaxant on board for the osteotomy - movement next to the optic nerve is the hazard.
Considerations : PONV, Oculocardiac Reflex
