Time : 5-30 min (very short)
Blood Loss : Very Low (5-10 ml)

The Anesthesia:
Good anesthetic depth - The biopsies are very stimulating. Make sure to have the patient deep enough when the surgeon begins taking them. Position - Occasionally these procedures will be done in a lateral position.
